Get authority backlinks placed manually on aged domains with clean link profiles

We place links where readers already are, then show you exactly where they landed.

The question we get asked most is not how many links we can build, but how many will still be there next year. It is the right question. Everything in this process — the vetting, the manual outreach, the post-publication checks — exists to make the answer to that question a good one.

The publisher base

The publisher list is deliberately narrow and grows slowly. Every addition is read, checked and usually trialled on our own projects before a client sees it.

Our services

Digital PR outreach
Longer campaigns built around something worth writing about — original data, a strong opinion, a tool. Slower to start, but the coverage tends to keep arriving after the campaign ends.
Ongoing monitoring
Every placement we make is re-checked on a schedule for as long as you are with us. If a link disappears, you hear it from us before you notice it in a tool.
Editorial guest posts
We pitch a genuine article idea to the publisher, write it to their standard, and place your link inside the body where it supports the argument. No author boxes, no sidebar dumping.
Migration link care
Site moves are where profiles quietly bleed out. We map the old link targets, watch the redirects and chase the publishers whose links broke in the process.
Competitor gap analysis
We pull the profiles of the sites beating you, strip out the noise, and show you the publishers that link to several of them and not to you. That list is usually the fastest route forward.
Publisher vetting
You can send us a list of sites you are considering elsewhere and we will tell you which ones we would touch. Several clients started with exactly this and nothing else.

The report

Alongside new placements, each report lists everything we re-checked from previous cycles and its current state. Links that disappeared appear in the report as clearly as links that went live.

Nothing in the report is a score we invented. Where we quote a third-party metric we name the tool and the date it was pulled, because those numbers move and a figure without a date is decoration.

Reports are written on the assumption that somebody sceptical will read them. Every placement carries the live URL, the anchor used, the target page, the publication date and a short note explaining why that publisher was on the list in the first place.

Step by step

  1. Verify after publicationWe check the live page for the link, the attribute, the status code and whether the page is reachable at all. Anything that fails goes back to the publisher before it reaches your report.
  2. Write to their standardThe draft has to survive their editor, not ours. If it needs three rounds it gets three rounds — a piece that reads like filler undermines the link sitting inside it.
  3. Pitch, not blastEach publisher gets an individual approach about a specific idea. This is the slow part and it is the part that decides whether the placement is any good.
  4. Report with evidenceYou get the URL, the anchor, the date, the target page and a note on why that publisher was chosen. It is written to be forwarded to somebody who was not in the room.
  5. Read the site firstBefore any outreach we go through the pages you want to rank, the profile you already have, and the competitors you keep losing to. Sometimes this ends with us recommending you spend the budget on the pages instead.
  6. Place in contextYour link goes where a reader would reasonably follow it, surrounded by text that makes the reference make sense. Position inside the article is negotiated, not left to chance.
  7. Review and adjustEvery cycle we look at what moved and what did not, and we change the shortlist accordingly. A plan that never changes is a plan nobody is reading.

Why this exists

Nobody here came from a link marketplace. The background is in editorial and in running sites that depended on traffic, which is a different set of instincts than optimising a placement count.

We have been doing this long enough to have made most of the available mistakes at our own expense. The process on this page is largely a list of things we now refuse to repeat.

Before you ask

How do you price?

By placement, on the publisher, agreed before we start. There is no bulk discount for volume because volume is not what we are selling.

What happens if a link is removed?

We find out on the next scheduled check, tell you, and go back to the publisher. If it cannot be restored we replace it or credit it. This is written into how we work rather than offered case by case.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We can guarantee where a link is placed, that it is live, and that we will keep checking it. What a search engine does with that is outside anybody's control.

Can we approve publishers before you approach them?

You always do. Nothing is pitched to a site you have not seen and signed off. If you want to be involved in the drafting as well, that is fine too.

How long before anything shows up in Ahrefs or Semrush?

Placement and indexation are different problems. A link can be live and correct for weeks before a crawler gets to that page, particularly on smaller publishers. We report the live URL on the day it publishes so you are never waiting on a tool to tell you the work happened.

What is the smallest sensible engagement?

A profile audit on its own is worthwhile and plenty of people stop there. For placements, anything under a few months tends not to tell you much either way.

Where are you based?

The team is distributed across Europe, which is mostly why the outreach in Polish, Ukrainian, German and Spanish is done by people who actually speak those languages.
